All products sold by Easy Sewing Guide are digital products only. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned like physical products, all sales are generally considered final once access has been provided.

Refunds may be reviewed in cases such as:

• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once
• You were charged incorrectly
• You did not receive access to the digital files and our support team could not resolve the issue
• The files are damaged or cannot be opened after troubleshooting

Refund requests based on changing your mind, purchasing by mistake, or not using the product are generally not eligible once the files have been delivered.
